#Cleoroyal Black – a rich, pure black pigment with velvet tones, to be used on eyelids for eyeliner procedures.
Not advisable to mix with any pigments but can be diluted with #Nice One Mixer for more sheer results.

Organic pigments are formulated with mostly organic ingredients, derived from carbon-hydrogen bonds.
