Li Pigments Will Anthony Signature Series London Fog is a grey-based black that is an excellent stand alone colour and will also serve as the ideal base for Secret Black or as an overlay for Black Cocktail.
From Li Pigments and world-renowned permanent make-up artist Will Anthony comes a stunning signature series eyeliner pigments set.
All the pigments are easy to use as they come pre-mixed, which also increases pigment efficiency. However, you can use the pigments as a base or overlay for the other colours if you wish.

Inorganic pigments are formulated with mostly inorganic ingredients, derived from natural minerals such as iron oxide.
