    Orders

    Our policy is to supply Registered Studios only. We may request proof of studio registration before processing orders.

    Products must not be supplied to minors, vulnerable persons or unregistered studios.

    All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

    Order Process

    • Orders submitted constitute an offer to purchase.
    • Acceptance occurs only once payment has been received and cleared.

    Reasons We May Refuse an Order

    • The Product is out of stock.
    • You are not a Registered Studio.
    • Payment authorisation failed.
    • There is an error in pricing or Product information.

    Payment

    The Purchaser confirms they are authorised to use the selected payment method.

    Risk and title to the Products transfer upon receipt of cleared payment.

    The Purchaser must provide:

    • Telephone number and email address
    • Payment information
    • A valid delivery address

    Limitation of Liability

    The Website is intended for users within the United Kingdom. Customers outside the UK are responsible for ensuring Products may legally be purchased and used in their territory.
