For all your PMU machine maintenance needs, Microbeau now has UK and EU Service Centres!

UK and European artists can say goodbye to longer wait times and hello to quick, efficient maintenance of their Microbeau machines.

All Microbeau machines purchased through Killer Beauty come with a 2-year warranty to service or replace your machine.

If you have owned your machine for over 2 years, you can still send it off for servicing to ensure it continues to run correctly or check for any issues. If your request requires a payment, instructions will be provided by the Microbeau Service Centre upon receipt of your request.

Please note the warranty will be void if:

• Machine shows signs of being dropped
• Machine shows signs of pigment/liquid within the internal body or motor components
• Machine shows signs of being tampered with
• Machine shows signs of internal parts being replaced elsewhere

• Customers within the 2 year warranty do not need to pay shipping costs.

• Customers outside of the warranty period will be required to pay shipping to the Service Centre only. The return shipping is not paid for by the customer.
